Job Description
The Construction Loan Administrator is essential in the financial oversight and completion of
construction projects, managing funds effectively, and ensuring clear documentation and
transparency in financial dealings.

Location: South Pasadena, CA, in-office position
Compensation: Base salary, plus annual bonus
Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), paid time-off, parental leave.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus
Primary responsibilities
• Process loan disbursement requests.
• Oversee and work closely with 3rd party construction disbursement agent.
• Coordinate all site inspections for loan draws relating to the construction loans.
• Work with legal and title regarding any encumbrances.
• Establish draw schedules and budgets tracking loan approvals, loan documents, and
construction contracts.
• Review inspection reports and follow up with inspectors and borrowers regarding any
outstanding issues.
• Review draw documents for accuracy, and for conformance with budgets and loan
agreements.
• Update ledgers, budgets, and the funding log.
• Understanding of AIA construction documents, and identify and elevate issues contrary
to documentation.
• Contribute as a member of the loan servicing team.
• Respond to routine inquiries from borrowers.
• Implement new initiatives and ongoing progress regarding properties owned.
• Travel to properties for site visits.
Skills/ qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three (3) years of prior related working experience
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exercise sound judgement, and excellent independent decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
• Ability to adhere to set turnaround time on draw requests.
• Sense of urgency in completing tasks
