Essential Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire preconstruction process, from budgeting and scheduling to risk analysis, ensuring every project is primed for success.
- Continuously assess and improve systems, tools, and processes to elevate the quality and efficiency of our work.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline operations, remove obstacles, and drive collective success.
- Possess a strong understanding of construction costs and a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements to successfully building multifamily communities
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our strategies are competitive and forward-thinking
- 12+ years in project management, construction, or real estate development, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Exceptional skills in building effective teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving results.
- Ability to anticipate future trends and create innovative strategies that position us for long-term success.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and foster stakeholder relationships.
