Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the affordable housing market, including housing developers, property management companies, government agencies.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our solutions in the affordable housing context.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer service) to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the affordable housing sector, real estate, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and established connections within the affordable housing sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Passion for affordable housing and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
