Real Estate Debt Fund Investment Analyst - Associate

White Oak Real Estate Capital ("WOREC"), a wholly-owned affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors ("WOGA"), is interviewing candidates for both an Investment Associate or Investment Analyst position to support WOREC's growth in commercial real estate lending and credit investing.  WOREC is a NYC-based credit fund business that directly originates, structures, executes and asset manages construction and bridge loans secured by high quality commercial real estate assets throughout North America.  The highly motivated candidates should have at least one-year of prior experience in real estate finance, investment banking, consulting, or asset management and demonstrated skills in financial underwriting, modeling, and presentation creation.  The roles are based in New York City and the candidates should be able to work from the office a minimum of 4 days per week.  Compensation will be competitive with similar roles at commercial real estate lenders and credit funds.
