Senior Controller

 

Consolidated Investment Group LLC, a privately owned investment company that focuses on Real Estate Multifamily housing and Capital Market Investments, is seeking a Sr Controller to head our finance and accounting team.  This pivotal role offers the opportunity to join a passionate and successful team and will drive initiatives that shape our investment trajectory in real estate and capital markets.

This position is a central figure in our executive team, they also play a critical role in driving such departments as Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation. This role will play a decisive role in formulating tax strategies and budgetary frameworks, significantly impacting our fiscal prudence and long-term prosperity.

Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting (master preferred), CPA credentials, Tax experience a must, and a minimum of 15 years in finance and accounting, including at least 7 years in a similar capacity.
