Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance our urban mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and readiness for project execution.
• Execution and Oversight: Lead project teams to execute plans effectively, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project outcomes.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools. Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use and successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within the technology or mobility sector.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and effective project management.
