Executive Vice President of Sales - Financial Software (Revenue Management for Multifamily Industry)

Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily industry, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on financial software for alternative assets or the multifamily industry.
• Proven rolodex of relationships with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices within the multifamily sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Proficiency in operations research as it relates to real estate finance.
• Experience working at RealPage or Yardi is highly desirable.
