Job Description
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage real estate projects, including new developments, renovations, and acquisitions, from conceptual design through completion and occupancy.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor expenditures and manage cash flows.
- Prepare and present budget forecasts, updates, and reports to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including investors, community representatives, and government agencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure projects comply with zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Obtain and manage permits, approvals, and other necessary documentation.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays, cost overruns, or quality issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges during project execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, and equivalents).
- Understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulatory processes.
