Real Estate Equity Analyst - Hospitality

Job Description

• Support hospitality asset management activities, including business plan execution, performance tracking, capital expenditure planning, property valuations, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead financial analysis and underwriting for hospitality acquisitions, renovations, development, and operational investments - including hotels and mixed-use properties.
• Develop and maintain detailed cash flow models for existing assets and new hospitality acquisitions, incorporating benchmarking, ROI analyses, and value enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials for new hospitality investments across the capital stack.
• Participate in deal screening, evaluating potential hospitality investments based on location, brand fit, market demand, and operational upside.
• Monitor and report on market trends affecting hospitality assets particularly focused on markets we currently operate along with target markets - Stay ahead of supply and demand trends and appraised of market transaction data to inform strategic decisions.
