Associate/Sr. Associate, Multifamily Asset Management

Formed in 1992, Fifteen Group is a multidisciplinary, highly opportunistic real estate investment company known for its entrepreneurship and outstanding investment track record. The Associate/Sr. Associate, Multifamily Asset Management will play a significant role in the implementation of the direct business strategy & oversite of Fifteen Group's multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, self-starter, who operates with common-sense and has experience with multifamily apartments. This role will work closely with the VP of Asset Management and senior leadership to manage assets nationwide.

·       Track multi-layered business plan process (finance & cash management, property management, & construction) to identify & address points of concern or areas of opportunity & make strategic business plan recommendations to senior leadership

·       Forecast future cash flows, distributions, and returns of each asset

·       Ability to quickly analyze and make business decisions based on real time data. 

·       Strong communication skills that can tailor to both technical and non-technical audiences

·       Exemplary work ethic

·       Strong analytical skills and strict attention to detail

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

·       Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field. MBA is a plus

·       Industry designations is a plus; CPM or CCIM

·       3+ years' experience in asset management, operations, and/or acquisitions of multifamily properties

·       Proficient in creating and analyzing Excel financial models

·       Outstanding leadership and communication skills
