Job Description
We are an established mid-size commercial property management company and developer in Merrifield, VA looking for a full-time, in-person, hands-on Property Manager with experience managing commercial real estate. Must have a can-do attitude and good people skills. Duties include: site visits as necessary to properties located primarily in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area; reporting; budgeting; and coordination with tenants, owners, engineering staff, and vendors.
