• Monitor the performance, capital flow, allocations and operations for fund product strategies.  
• Model cash flow scenarios and prepare financial analyses using centralized data feeds. 
• Interact with fund portfolio management teams and finance staff in order to maintain critical investment data, trendlines and themes. 
• Prepare presentation decks, analyses and memorandums for senior management and investors.
• Facilitate the marketing, investor onboarding and client service of product strategies along with the fund product distribution teams, trustee and fund administrator.  
• Coordinate and write responses for investor/consultant due diligence and reporting requests.
• Support product operational compliance and risk management.
• Assist with competitive analyses, review of industry trends and other special projects.
• Assist with the design and development of new product strategies.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.3 or higher required. 
• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate, finance, product management or related-business position; 1-2+ years of experience if candidate has completed an MBA or masters degree in a business-related field.
• Highly organized; meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills. 
• Strong interest and ability to work in a complex field with rapidly changing opportunities and players. 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and data sets to prepare easily understood charts and tables. 
• Self‐starter, strong work ethic, integrity and collaborative nature.
