Job Description

Job Description
Rubenstein Partners is seeking an Associate to join its Investor Relations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, the Associate will support the development of investment products aligned with client needs by analyzing both existing assets and prospective deal pipelines. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and a broad understanding of office real estate investments, including capital structures, key stakeholder requirements, and market-based underwriting. While not typically client-facing, the position plays a critical support role in investor engagement and offers meaningful opportunities to evolve into a client-facing capacity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Argus, and comfortable working across time zones, as frequent early morning or evening conference calls with global clients are expected. The position also involves significant internal coordination across regions and business functions as part of the firm’s collaborative product development process. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about capital raising and business development, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where initiative and ownership are valued over rigid processes. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Analyze current fund holdings and evaluate new investment opportunities
  • Develop tailored investment products for institutional and other investor groups
  • Draft investor materials, including offering memoranda, ad hoc analysis and pitch decks
  • Support capital raising efforts, including preparation of marketing materials and responses to due diligence requests
  • Ability to work in office at Rubenstein Partners' Philadelphia headquarter office five days per week (subject to standard employment benefits)
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in a real estate investment or finance role
  • Strong academic performance, concentrating on real estate and/or finance
  • Exceptional quantitative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Argus is a plus
  • Fluency in English (and Korean preferred)
