Job Description
- Prepare and track prospective investor DDQ’s, RFP’s and other prospective investor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- This includes project managing, coordinating deadlines and scheduling meetings for the production of responses to RFPs/RFIs, producing and editing/reviewing responses, ensuring appropriate review/sign-off of documents by internal teams and managing a collection of standard proposal responses
- Assisting with tracking and completing external and internal requests.
- Create, edit, and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
- Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums and related materials.
- Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
- Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests.
- Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
- Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
- Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in applicable experience in private equity real estate and/or investor relations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work onsite full-time in the San Antonio office.
- Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.
- Ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities.
- Ability to work with data.
- Ability to work with tight delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
