Position Summary:

The Real Estate Analyst will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new development and investment opportunities within the luxury hospitality and residential sectors. This role requires a strong command of financial modeling, real estate valuation, market research, and a nuanced understanding of high-end development dynamics in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for luxury resort and residential developments that include a heavy F&B component (including IRR, NPV, cash-on-cash, sensitivity, and scenario analysis).
  • Conduct market research on selected hospitality and residential markets, including competitive benchmarking and demand/supply dynamics.
  • Assist in underwriting acquisitions and development opportunities, including land, existing assets, or repositioning opportunities.
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with legal, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Support the creation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders, capital partners, and financing institutions.
  • Track relevant macroeconomic, demographic, and real estate trends affecting high-end hospitality and residential development in selected markets.
  • Partner with design, construction, and asset management teams to ensure alignment between underwriting assumptions and real-world execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, development, hospitality investment, or consulting with a focus on U.S. markets.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Argus, CoStar, or RealPage is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of real estate valuation methods and development metrics..
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Interest or experience in luxury markets, lifestyle brands, or branded residential developments is a plus.
