- Build and maintain detailed financial models for luxury resort and residential developments that include a heavy F&B component (including IRR, NPV, cash-on-cash, sensitivity, and scenario analysis).
- Conduct market research on selected hospitality and residential markets, including competitive benchmarking and demand/supply dynamics.
- Assist in underwriting acquisitions and development opportunities, including land, existing assets, or repositioning opportunities.
- Support due diligence processes by coordinating with legal, consultants, and internal departments.
- Support the creation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders, capital partners, and financing institutions.
- Track relevant macroeconomic, demographic, and real estate trends affecting high-end hospitality and residential development in selected markets.
- Partner with design, construction, and asset management teams to ensure alignment between underwriting assumptions and real-world execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, development, hospitality investment, or consulting with a focus on U.S. markets.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Argus, CoStar, or RealPage is a plus.
- Solid understanding of real estate valuation methods and development metrics..
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest or experience in luxury markets, lifestyle brands, or branded residential developments is a plus.
