Position Summary:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling ProformaPlus to individuals and companies within the commercial real estate development industry. Your focus will be on building relationships with developers, brokers, acquisition teams, lenders, and other professionals who regularly engage in CRE financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
· • Identify and engage prospective clients within the CRE development space
· • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations using a provided demo account
· • Convert leads into paying subscribers and build a sustainable book of business
· • Maintain activity and pipeline tracking within our CRM (HubSpot)
· • Collaborate with the ProformaPlus team to refine outreach, share market feedback, and grow adoption

Qualifications:
· • Experience in SaaS sales, commercial real estate, CRE finance, or related industries preferred
· • Background in financial analysis, underwriting, or CRE deal structuring is highly desirable
· • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a sales cycle
· • Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and cloud-based software
· • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a commission-only environment
