Position Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our investment team with a primary focus on asset management and a secondary focus on acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of real estate experience or 2–4 years with an advanced degree, and a strong background in multifamily and/or hospitality assets.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of real estate experience or 2–4 years with an advanced degree, and a strong background in multifamily and/or hospitality assets.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the strategic management of a diverse portfolio—including ~1,500 multifamily units, office and industrial holdings, and a newly developed lifestyle hotel brand—with exposure to ongoing recapitalization and future acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asset management for a multifamily portfolio of ~1,500 units, including budgeting, capital planning, and operational performance oversight
- Support asset management of two office properties and an industrial asset currently undergoing ULURP
- Oversee financial and investment reporting for a newly opened hotel property, including support for final construction wrap-up and a targeted recapitalization within 15 months
- Assist with underwriting and diligence for new acquisitions, particularly in the hospitality sector
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of real estate experience (or 2–4 years with a Master’s in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field)
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with tools such as Argus, CoStar, or STR preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive value in a lean team environment
