Rich Management LLC, Inc. is a multi-family property management firm and single-family office located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Founded in 2014, Rich Management’s property investment experience dates to the 1960’s. With nearly 40 employees, the firm is wholly family-owned and operates its seven multi-family properties which are located across five states.
Rich Management is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-family real estate, working knowledge of RealPage software, and an affinity for working in a ‘flat’ organizational structure that offers a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our seven properties’ performance through data analysis and portfolio-wide operating policies.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
POSITION INFORMATION
Position Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Manager of Rich Management
Compensation: $125,000 + bonus
Requirements: Hybrid: Philadelphia Headquarters or near one of our properties (Woodstock, GA; San Antonio, TX; St. Louis, MO; Raleigh, NC; or Southbridge, MA)
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Completion of college-level accounting courses and/or advanced studies in real estate management are desirable
Abilities: Strong computation ability. Problem-solving and cost-benefit analysis skills. Ability to handle details with accuracy. Excellent (or better) organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks without supervision. Comfort with a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment. Written communication skills.
Experience: Previous full-time office role; Experience w/ accounting software and RealPage is highly desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct portfolio- and property-level financial analysis and provide commentary
· Supervise the preparation of property-level operating budgets
· Conduct cost-benefit analyses – i.e. capital investments and amenities
· Optimize processes (ie bulk supply buying)
· Evaluate and master rent pricing tools
· Create and monitor online advertising metrics and analysis; allocate advertising budget
· Maintain national vendor accounts
· Maintain property fire pre-plans
· Maintain safety and operations manuals
· Organize and requisition trainings for maintenance and administrative colleagues
· Supervise property tax assessments
· Assist with office hardware and software technology and physical security
· Ad hoc projects
· Travel up to 30 days per year for site visits
