Job Description
Position Title: Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions
Location: Washington, D.C.
Company: Frontier Development & Hospitality Group
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Overview
Frontier Development & Hospitality Group is seeking a highly entrepreneurial, deal-driven executive to serve as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, with a clear pathway to Principal. This is a rare opportunity for a professional who not only excels at executing high-profile acquisition and development projects but also aspires to be an entrepreneur—backed by an established and expanding real estate investment and development platform.
This unique hybrid role (employee/entrepreneur) is designed for a highly driven, self-starter, strategist, and dealmaker with a proven track record in CRE acquisitions and ground-up development—ideally across mixed-use product types, with hospitality as a primary focus. The SVP will have autonomy to lead transactions and the entrepreneurial runway to earn equity participation and transition into a partner role over time. The ideal candidate is motivated by the opportunity to create wealth and help grow a dynamic platform—not just by compensation.
