QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field required.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in RE Capital market and Investments.
- Experienced in strategizing investments, raising debt capital, investor relations, and RFP writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple RFP projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling, and investor-focused responses.
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Angus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop investment strategies, raise equity and debt capital for Ackerman investment projects.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and Investors.
- Manage loan terms, maturity of property and portfolios.
- Send and supervise packages, follow up and run the book.
- Assist with broader initiatives, including investor presentations, marketing materials, and investor engagement efforts.
- Provide ongoing account management, maintain strong relationships with existing investors, and deliver timely, high-quality service to address inquiries and reporting needs.
