About the Role
Bravo Capital is seeking a Treasury Controller to join its leadership team within the real estate debt fund platform. The Treasury Controller will play a significant role in investor relations, fund oversight, compliance, and advisory services, with direct impact on the firm’s financial operations and growth.

The Treasury Controller will work closely with senior management, financial reporting, and tax advisory teams, ensuring Bravo continues to operate with institutional rigor and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee investor relations functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Lead financial reporting across fund structures, maintaining institutional standards of accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with financial and tax transaction advisory teams to perform tax structuring and modeling for transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Create best-practice deliverables that align with Bravo’s core investment verticals
• Contribute to thought leadership by monitoring market trends and identifying value-added treasury strategies
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a fund treasury or related finance role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical abilities with focus on precision and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax compliance software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Solid foundation in tax research and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree or professional designation such as CPA or CFA
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or within a private equity/real estate fund environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Strong presentation skills, including preparation of tax structuring materials and illustrative decks
• Advanced Excel modeling capabilities, including distressed company tax restructuring scenarios
• Entrepreneurial drive to innovate, build new strategies, and deliver value-added treasury initiatives
Compensation
• Base salary: $100,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Discretionary performance-based bonus
