Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll: Calculate and process employee payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain Payroll Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, pay history, and benefits information.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and benefits regulations.
- Manage Payroll-Related Benefits: Manage payroll-related benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
- Troubleshoot Payroll Issues: Troubleshoot payroll issues, including errors, discrepancies, and employee inquiries.
Requirements:
- Payroll Experience: Previous experience in payroll or a related field, such as accounting or HR.
- Payroll Software: Proficiency in payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or SAP.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage complex payroll data.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll data, identify errors, and make corrections.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
Soft Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Certifications:
