Job Description
Raith Capital Partners is a New York–based real estate investment firm with a track record of deploying over $2 billion across equity and debt strategies. We invest across multiple asset classes and capital structures, with a track record of disciplined underwriting, hands-on asset management, and value creation.
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Analyst to support Raith’s equity and debt investment platforms, with a strong focus on construction management and development oversight. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members to monitor and optimize asset performance while also contributing to financial modeling, investment analysis, due diligence, market research, and portfolio reporting.
- Support asset management across Raith’s equity and debt portfolios, with a strong focus on development, construction, and value-add projects
- Oversee and track construction budgets, schedules, and contracts, assisting with draw requests, loan surveillance, and lender reporting to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, waterfall, sensitivity analyses, cash flow tracking) to evaluate project feasibility, ongoing performance, and asset-level valuations
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and site analysis for new acquisitions and existing investments, including monitoring lease-up, rent growth, and operating expenses
- Prepare and deliver asset management reports, variance analyses, business plans, and IC presentations for internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors
- Collaborate with acquisitions, project managers, JV partners, and asset managers to transition assets from underwriting through execution to long-term management
- Support financing, refinancing, and disposition processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the business plan
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, asset management, or investment analysis (including internships); prior acquisition or underwriting experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus, cash flow modeling, sensitivity analyses, JV waterfalls) with the ability to prepare in-depth research and valuation analysis
- Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project management fundamentals
- Highly analytical, research-driven, and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across investment, development, and asset management teams and maintain strong relationships
