Real Estate Finance Intern

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Finance Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact real estate investment projects. This ad hoc, part-time role is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate student or someone with high-level proficiency passionate about real estate finance to gain hands-on experience while completing their graduate program. The intern will support underwriting, fund reporting, waterfall analysis, and market research. The intern will also assist senior development executives as needed on ad hoc assignments. Work can be performed remotely or on-site as needed, with weekly hours ranging from 2-15 hours based on project demands. After onboarding, the intern will be expected to operate with limited oversight, offering a chance to demonstrate initiative and independence. The position will begin in June or July and does not have a set end date, offering flexibility for ongoing engagement.
