Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our go-to-market efforts, drive sales velocity, build brand visibility, and oversee the full sales cycle across all communities. This role will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing CRM systems, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of new home sales consultants.
  • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and compensation plans aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee pricing, sales absorption, release strategies, and competitive positioning across all active communities.
  • Collaborate with construction and operations teams to align inventory with sales timelines.
  • Monitor market conditions, buyer behavior, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategy.
Marketing Oversight
  • Lead all marketing efforts including digital campaigns, signage, collateral, and community branding.
  • Drive qualified traffic through targeted strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Zillow, and local media.
  • Develop and manage social media, email marketing, and content calendars.
  • Oversee the creation of community brochures, renderings, signage, and event coordination.
  • Work with external vendors on creative, web development, and media as needed.
Technology & Reporting
  • Own the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to track leads, automate follow-ups, and measure campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all sales metrics and marketing ROI.
  • Create weekly and monthly reporting packages for executive leadership.
Community Launch & Branding
  • Oversee new community launches from naming and branding to signage, online presence, and grand openings.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model homes, sales centers, and digital assets are delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in residential real estate or new home sales.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the South Florida housing market and buyer demographics.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
