**About the Role**

We are seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead fundraising and relationship management across our expanding investor base. This is a senior-level role for a dynamic, strategic, and service-oriented professional who can drive capital formation and deliver a best-in-class experience to our growing LP community.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead capital raising across UHNW individuals, family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators
Maintain and deepen investor relationships through proactive communication, events, and personal outreach
Create and manage investor pitch decks, reporting packages, and updates
Collaborate with investment and operations teams on data rooms, DDQs, and onboarding
Represent Goodman Capital at conferences and investor meetings
Provide strategic insights from investors to guide product development and positioning

**Qualifications:**

5+ years of experience in investor relations, private wealth, or capital raising
Established network within the private capital ecosystem
Strong track record in fundraising or managing LP relationships
Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of private credit and alternative investments
Experience in high-growth, founder-led firms preferred
Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and investor platforms
Resourceful, strategic, and execution-focused
