**About the Role**
We are seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead fundraising and relationship management across our expanding investor base. This is a senior-level role for a dynamic, strategic, and service-oriented professional who can drive capital formation and deliver a best-in-class experience to our growing LP community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead capital raising across UHNW individuals, family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators
- Maintain and deepen investor relationships through proactive communication, events, and personal outreach
- Create and manage investor pitch decks, reporting packages, and updates
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams on data rooms, DDQs, and onboarding
- Represent Goodman Capital at conferences and investor meetings
- Provide strategic insights from investors to guide product development and positioning
**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, private wealth, or capital raising
- Established network within the private capital ecosystem
- Strong track record in fundraising or managing LP relationships
- Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of private credit and alternative investments
- Experience in high-growth, founder-led firms preferred
- Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and investor platforms
- Resourceful, strategic, and execution-focused
