**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our expanding platform. You’ll play a key role in executing investment operations, fund administration, and building scalable internal systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate and manage monthly investor distributions and fund flows
- Prepare and circulate loan servicing statements to borrowers
- Review and process construction loan draws and capital calls
- Maintain and optimize internal systems (CRM, document storage, reporting dashboards)
- Coordinate investor subscriptions and compliance documentation
- Maintain capitalization tables across multiple investment vehicles
- Assist in investor reporting, annual fund audits, and operational processes
- Liaise with legal, accounting, and third-party vendors
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate key processes
**Qualifications:**
- 2 – 4 years of experience in finance, real estate, accounting or fund operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a systems-builder mentality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Interest in scaling processes in a growing investment firm
