Job Description
3650 is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Capital and Partner Solutions (“CAPS”) team that will help drive 3650’s capital-raising efforts. The CAPS team is responsible for presenting 3650’s investment strategies and performance, managing investor communications, and supporting the team in new investor outreach. This role requires a professional skilled at managing relationships with a focus on institutional investors, insurance companies, and high-net-worth investors. This is a high impact and visibility role with a steep learning curve and high career advancement potential. Much of the Associate or Senior Associate’s work product will be directly in coordination with the firm’s senior leaders and investor partners. The role is an exciting opportunity to liaise with some of the industry’s most successful and preeminent investors.

Primary Responsibilities
· Assist leadership in achieving the firm’s strategic growth and fundraising objectives.
· Conduct meetings with investor prospects and assist in pipeline management and meeting setup.
· Support the broader team in targeted outreach, leveraging events, referrals, and market research to expand the firm’s investor base.
· Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events to present the firm’s investment strategy, market positioning, and opportunities.
· Produce market analysis regarding investor sentiment, capital markets activity, and industry trends.
· Support capital raising efforts by developing marketing materials, due diligence packages, and investor pitches.
· Travel amongst the firm’s offices and associated with investment and investor relations activities (including to global financial hubs).

Skills, Background, & Experience
· 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier real estate, investment management, or financial institution.
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise messaging.
· Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to build long-term relationships and develop investor relations initiatives that drive value for the firm.
