Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Advisor (Remote)
Full-Time | Commission-Based | Remote | US-Based

The Opportunity
We are hiring experienced, entrepreneurial professionals for a commission-based investment sales role in brokerage. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, acquisitions, or sales, and a desire to accelerate their success using powerful tools, warm leads, and real support.
What You’ll Do
- Represent investment-grade assets for sale across target U.S. markets
- Source and manage buyer relationships using Offerd OS
- Access and respond to company-provided buyer and seller leads
- Leverage AI tools to generate valuations, proposals, and outreach
- Collaborate with centralized marketing, underwriting, and transaction teams
- Close deals faster and more efficiently with national investor visibility
- Offerd OS: A purpose-built CRE platform with CRM, comp engine, buyer-match, and AI-enabled tools
- Offerd AI: A virtual analyst that automates valuation models, proposals, and follow-ups
- Buyer Match Tool: Instantly match assets to hundreds of active, pre-qualified investors
- Private Deal Marketplace: Market listings discreetly or broadly through a national platform
- Company-Generated Leads: Access warm, inbound buyer and seller opportunities
- Broker Mentorship: Learn from top-performing advisors and gain real transaction exposure
- Equity and Revenue Share:. Earn stock and passive income for production and recruiting
Requirements
- 2+ years in commercial real estate, investment sales, acquisitions, or a related field
- Holds an active real estate license
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely
- Familiarity with CRE underwriting, valuation, or investment concepts preferred
Compensation
- 100% commission-based with industry-leading splits
- Additional compensation via company-sourced leads
