The Opportunity
This is a fully remote, commission-based role with significant income potential, operational support, and access to proprietary buyer data and seller leads.
- Lead full-cycle investment sales transactions
- Leverage AI tools and data to qualify leads, analyze deals, and present offerings
- Engage institutional and private equity investors nationwide
- Represent pre-underwritten listings from company channels or your own pipeline
- Collaborate with centralized underwriting, marketing, and transaction services
- Run private, targeted disposition processes through our national investor marketplace

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or investment sales
- Strong track record of closing investment transactions, especially in multifamily or mid-market CRE
- Holds an active real estate license
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow production and personal income
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, platform-driven environment
- Existing client relationships or transaction pipeline a plus
