About Us

We are a dynamic architecture and design firm specializing in housing solutions of all types and sizes, with a focus on multifamily projects. Our expertise lies in breathing new life into existing structures through thoughtful rehabilitations, with exciting expansion plans into adaptive reuse and new construction. What sets us apart is our unique partnership model—we work hand-in-hand with a Developer and General Contractor as an integrated team, executing projects nationwide without the typical project chase. This collaboration creates full transparency and allows us to focus on what matters most: improving the quality of our work and the communities we serve.

As a newly formed firm, we're building something special from the ground up, taking the best of our collective experience and refining it into our vision for the future. This is your opportunity to help shape that future.

The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, technology-forward environment. This is NOT just about managing projects—you'll be a key player in both the creative and technical aspects of our work, from initial design concepts through construction completion. This is a senior role where experience, knowledge, and interest in the technical aspects of construction is critical to our success.

What You'll Do

Construction Administration Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with General Contractors during construction phases
  • Solve complex problems related to construction methods and implementation
  • Navigate field challenges with confidence and creative problem-solving
  • Ensure project quality and adherence to design intent throughout construction

Project Documentation & Modeling
  1. Create comprehensive project documentation from existing conditions through final construction documents
  2. Develop and refine design options during the Design Development phases
  3. Build complete drawing sets with minimal supervision
  4. Maintain project organization and documentation standards throughout all phases

Technology & BIM Leadership
  • Work primarily in ArchiCAD (training provided for qualified candidates with other BIM experience)
  • Leverage Apple ecosystem tools, including Pages, Numbers, and supplemental programs
  • Maintain cutting-edge technology practices and contribute to firm-wide tech standards
What We're Looking For: Essential Experience
  • 10+ years in architecture/design with an affinity for project management and a love of design
  • Proven Construction Administration experience with direct contractor interaction
  • Expertise in BIM software (Archicad preferred, but will consider other platforms)
  • Track record of independently managing drawing set production

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Apple products and software suite
  • Strong organizational systems and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a technology-forward environment
  • Experience with existing building documentation and rehabilitation projects

Personal Qualities
  • Confidence to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Problem-solving mindset with construction method expertise
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
  • Collaborative spirit that thrives in our integrated team environment

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Unique Business Model: Skip the project chase and RFP circus. Our partnership model means steady, meaningful work with full transparency and shared goals.
  • Shape the Future: As a newly formed firm, your input will directly influence our processes, standards, and culture. This is your chance to build something from the ground up.
  • Integrated Team Approach: Work closely with our Developer and General Contractor partners, creating solutions that actually work in the real world.
  • Technology Forward: We invest in the latest tools and systems, and we're always looking for ways to improve our processes.
  • National Reach: Work on projects across the country, expanding your experience and impact.
  • Professional Growth: Take on significant responsibility and grow your expertise in a supportive environment that values continuous learning.

Ready to Build the Future?

If you're a seasoned professional looking for more than just another project management role—if you want to help shape a firm's future while working on meaningful housing projects that make a real difference—we'd love to hear from you. This is your opportunity to join a team that values expertise, innovation, and collaboration, where your experience will be respected and your ideas will help define our path forward.

*We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.*
