Company Overview
We are a leading real estate investment company with a focus on acquiring, repositioning and renovating institutional-quality multifamily properties across the U.S, predominantly in the Sunbelt and Midwest. We have completed over $1.2 billion in transactions and are entrepreneurial-minded individuals, who embrace challenges and try to foster a culture of innovation in the ever-evolving real estate sector. Each member of our team plays a crucial role in our success and growth.

We operate with the mindset of long-term ownership, an eye for downside protection, and a passion for identifying unique investment opportunities that can drive outsized returns. Our team is lean, collaborative, and driven by a shared commitment to excellence, integrity, and creative problem-solving.

Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Analyst or Associate to join our Multifamily Acquisitions group, supporting the team in identifying and analyzing multifamily property acquisition opportunities. This is a pivotal role that combines financial acumen with strategic communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior team members to manage the acquisitions pipeline, underwrite new investment opportunities, and create compelling investment memoranda for both the internal Investment Committee and external equity partners. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes the initiative without being asked.

You will report to the head of acquisitions, will have support from an analyst and will be expected to take a leadership role in bringing deals from sourcing through execution. This role offers significant exposure to deal structuring, partner engagement, and long-term career growth toward a sourcing or investment officer position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling for prospective multifamily acquisitions
  • Oversee pipeline tracking and prioritization with support from an analyst
  • Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and presentation materials for Investment Committee review and capital partner dissemination
  • Conduct submarket and rent analysis, comp surveys, and new supply tracking using both desktop tools and in-person fieldwork
  • Coordinate and synthesize due diligence materials, including but not limited to lease audits, third-party reports, CapEx estimates, and legal documentation
  • Interface directly with brokers, sellers, and third-party consultants
  • Assist with asset business plan creation, closing logistics, and investor reporting
  • Contribute to equity partner fundraising materials and performance analysis, when applicable
  • Tools we use include CoStar, Yardi Matrix, RealPage Onesite, Yardi Voyager, RedIQ, Microsoft Office Suite, LLMs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in multifamily real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling
  • Strong understanding of multifamily fundamentals including valuation, leasing, capital budgeting, and debt structuring
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills; proven ability to translate analytics into persuasive narratives to an equity investor audience
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple transactions and deliverables concurrently without the need to be prompted by the senior team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative attitude and high integrity
  • Willingness to travel for site tours and due diligence, as needed
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, and the chance to make a difference. This is truly an outstanding opportunity for someone to grow professionally and be positioned for increasing responsibilities and career enhancement. We’ll give you the autonomy and resources to make an impact.

How to Apply
To apply, please submit a resume and brief cover letter. Due to high application volume, only qualified candidates will be contacted. Local candidates are preferred. No relocation assistance provided.
