Job Description
- Collaborate with the development team on budgets, schedules, and project reporting for active developments
- Support asset management functions, including monitoring property performance, updating investor reports, supporting community lease ups, and recommending strategies to maximize value
- Track market trends, capital markets activity, and deal flow to help inform investment strategy
- Maintain complex financial models for acquisitions, developments, refinancing and dispositions
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across target geographies and asset classes
- Lead portions of the due diligence process, including lease review, financial analysis, third-party reports, and coordination with legal and financing teams
- Draft and present investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership, investment committees, and investors
- Prepare periodic market analyses, corporate marketing collateral, and investment performance reports
- Research and implement value-add AI tools to streamline recurring processes
- Ambitious self-starter with commitment to excellence in attitude and effort
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Prefer 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, consulting, development, or asset management
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Construction, or related field
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation, capital markets, and investment structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
