Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact and resource for tenant events planning in the property’s events center. Responsibilities include scheduling, invoicing, advising on facility use policies, etc.
- Coordinate with neighborhood organizations to plan and support community events on the property’s common plaza.
- Respond to tenant service calls, dispatching and tracking response to completion, and ensuring follow-up on each call.
- Schedule vendor access with tenants for contracted maintenance and services.
- Provide support to manager in reviewing AR, tenant outreach, and collections efforts.
- Serve as safety coordinator, facilitating tenant meetings, meetings with neighborhood BID and local authorities, managing and monitoring security cameras, access controls, etc.
- Manage certificate of insurance program, ensuring compliance of all tenants and vendors.
- Review utility and vendor service invoices for accuracy.
- Assist in managing service contracts, including vendor performance, scope adjustments, and contract preparation.
- Assist with routine property inspections, resolving any noted deficiencies.
- Assist with planning and preparing annual budgets.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service in all areas of responsibility.
- Assist Property Management Team with special projects, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years minimum of commercial property management experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.
- Ability to work professionally with people at all levels and maintain a high degree of initiative and self-direction
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Nexus and MRI is a plus.
- This is a full-time in-person position.

The salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
