Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our team.. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Roslyn, NY. The Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a national portfolio of retail strip centers and single-tenant properties, with additional exposure to hospitality assets.
You will be joining a small and growing team of four, working directly with our founder, Louis Silverman. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate investments:

Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including onsite visits, handling tenant communications, monitoring maintenance requests, and ensuring properties are operating efficiently and within budget.
- Asset Management: Support the execution of business plans for each property, track financial and operational performance, and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.
- Additional Exposure: You will gain hands-on experience with leasing, development projects, lender and investor reporting, restaurant operations and acquisitions or dispositions, depending on the needs of the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in real estate, finance, business administration or related field
- Experience in real estate asset management, leasing, acquisitions, or property management is a plus
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Ability to be a self-starter and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work 5 days a week in office
