Job Description
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Join Regional Group as Vice President, Property and Asset Management
Regional Group is not a typical real estate company — they are visionaries, leaders, and trailblazers with over six decades of experience transforming the real estate landscape in the National Capital Region. Today, the company manages a $5+ billion pipeline of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects at various stages of development across Ontario and Quebec. Its management portfolio encompasses over 2.9 million square feet of commercial space and 2,000 residential units. Through its homebuilding division, eQ Homes, Regional Group continues to deliver visionary, award-winning communities that set the standard in home innovation and sustainable living. In this context, the company is seeking a bold and strategic Vice President, Property and Asset Management.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this Vice President is accountable for maximizing the strategic and operational value of Regional Group’s real estate portfolio. This executive leader will oversee both Asset Management and Property Management functions to drive portfolio performance through implementation of clearly defined processes that ensure operational excellence, and cultivate value-driven relationships with investors, stakeholders, and tenants. This role requires a visionary leader with deep market insight, financial acumen, and a strong "owner's mentality" to scale assets under management and advance Regional Group’s reputation as the property manager of choice.
The Vice President will lead a high-performing team and guide the development and execution of asset strategies, property operations, financial modelling, leasing oversight, and sustainability initiatives. This role also includes overseeing annual budgets, capital planning, reporting, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. A focus on leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, and strategic growth will be essential as the company continues to expand its assets under management and reinforce its position as a premier property manager in the Region.
Regional Group offers a competitive compensation package and a collaborative workplace culture that values personal development and professional excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader to join a well-established company with a forward-thinking vision and a strong legacy in real estate.
