In this context, the company is seeking a strategic person to join the team as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
 
Working closely with the CEO and executive team, the COO will oversee day-to-day operations and drive the execution of its strategic plan. With enterprise-wide responsibility spanning asset and property management, eQ Homes, land development, capital planning, and corporate functions, the COO will ensure that people, systems, and capital are aligned to deliver measurable ROI, sustainable growth, and meaningful community impact. The role combines strategic vision and operational discipline with the ability to lead high-performing teams, embedding Regional Group’s mission and values, fostering a culture of accountability, and championing operational excellence through technology, risk management, and optimized processes.
 
Qualified candidates will bring at least 10 years of senior leadership experience across real estate, including commercial and residential development, capital markets, investment, leasing, and homebuilding. They bring financial savvy, strategic acumen, and a people-focused approach, combined with a metrics-driven mindset and expertise in leveraging technology to optimize workflows and enhance performance. This is a role for a leader who can scale businesses in dynamic environments, mentor and inspire high-performing teams, and represent Regional Group with credibility to investors, lenders, partners, and the broader community.
