You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

Manage a portfolio of 1.5M+ SF across 25+ industrial properties in Chicagoland
Travel regularly to tenant sites to make sure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and relationships stay strong
Handle budgets, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, CAM and tax reconciliations
Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and improvements
Lead vendor procurement (snow, landscaping, etc.) and hold vendors accountable for performance
Tackle escalated tenant issues with speed and professionalism
Keep reporting and Yardi data clean, accurate, and actionable

Balancing financial details with the big picture of tenant satisfaction and portfolio performance
Building credibility with tenants, vendors, and colleagues
Sharing best practices and being a trusted resource for the Property Management team

Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
