Position Overview

The Real Estate Analyst will assist with the analysis, marketing, and placement of commercial real estate loans. You will play a crucial role in underwriting income-producing properties, developing financial models, and creating comprehensive loan packages. This position offers exposure to diverse capital sources and a chance to learn about real estate debt and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex financial modeling of commercial real estate using tools such as Excel and ARGUS.
Analyze commercial mortgage requests to assess real estate value, risk, and feasibility.
Create detailed loan request packages including executive summaries and financial analyses.
Research and evaluate commercial real estate markets within and outside of Colorado.
Assist in managing the loan marketing, application, commitment, and closing processes.
Coordinate the flow of information and adhere to deadlines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
