Job Description
- Conduct complex financial modeling of commercial real estate using tools such as Excel and ARGUS.
- Analyze commercial mortgage requests to assess real estate value, risk, and feasibility.
- Create detailed loan request packages including executive summaries and financial analyses.
- Research and evaluate commercial real estate markets within and outside of Colorado.
- Assist in managing the loan marketing, application, commitment, and closing processes.
- Coordinate the flow of information and adhere to deadlines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Financial Modeling Proficiency: Expertise in using financial modeling tools and accurately underwriting transactions.
- Comprehensive Loan Analysis and Evaluation: Skills to assess commercial mortgage requests critically and create detailed loan packages.
- Autonomy in Decision-Making: Capability to conduct independent analyses and provide informed recommendations.
- Effective Communication and Client Management: Ability to convey complex information and manage client relationships throughout the loan process.
- Proactive Client Support: Initiative in addressing client needs and facilitating smooth loan closure experiences.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and documentation efficiently.

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ARGUS software.
