Position Overview
The Real Estate Analyst will assist with the analysis, marketing, and placement of commercial real estate loans. You will play a crucial role in underwriting income-producing properties, developing financial models, and creating comprehensive loan packages. This position offers exposure to diverse capital sources and a chance to learn about real estate debt and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex financial modeling of commercial real estate using tools such as Excel and ARGUS.
  • Analyze commercial mortgage requests to assess real estate value, risk, and feasibility.
  • Create detailed loan request packages including executive summaries and financial analyses.
  • Research and evaluate commercial real estate markets within and outside of Colorado.
  • Assist in managing the loan marketing, application, commitment, and closing processes.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and adhere to deadlines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
