Job Description
- Build detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions and development projects
- Support the due diligence processes, including comparable properties analysis, market research, legal documentation and all aspects of deal execution
- Draft and deliver investment memoranda and presentations to investment committee, capital partners, and lenders
- Monitor asset and portfolio performance, including budgets, construction progress, and operational performance indicators
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and operating partners
- Conduct macro and micro market research, analyzing trends that impact real estate investment decisions
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Knowledge of and experience with Argus, Costar and other relevant real estate platforms a plus.
- Solid understanding of real estate valuation, capital markets, and investment principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated
- Outstanding work ethic and attitude a must
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or professional designation a plus)
