The Retail Leasing Associate will be a vital member of the firm’s retail division, assisting and working alongside businesses, building owners, and senior brokers to facilitate lease transactions across New York City’s dynamic retail markets.
Commission: This is a performance-based, 100% commission role offering very favorable commission splits — with uncapped earning potential and clear growth paths.

The Retail Leasing Associate Will
- Generate and maintain retail leasing leads
- Prospect and cold call both landlords and retail tenants
- Research retail comps and prepare rent analyses
- Coordinate and attend property and space tours
- Canvas your market and track retail activity
- Identify opportunities to secure new clients and listings
- Manage and maintain the company CRM
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong desire to work in retail leasing and NYC real estate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
- Basic understanding of commercial leasing and rent metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have, be in the process of obtaining, or able to obtain a NYS Real Estate License (Salesperson or Associate Broker)
