Boundary focuses on real estate acquisition and development across a wide variety of asset classes with a goal of meeting the highest needs of its stakeholders. Boundary’s portfolio totals over seven million square feet and spans a range of core, value-add, and opportunistic investment profiles. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist in the execution of business plans for individual assets, including leasing, capital projects, repositioning efforts, and dispositions. 
  • Monitor and analyze property operating performance versus underwriting and budget; identify variances and provide recommendations to improve NOI. 
  • Maintain and update asset-level models, perform scenario hold/sell/refinance analyses, and assist in quarterly valuations. 
  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing brokers, and third-party vendors to oversee day-to-day operations and leasing activity. 
  • Prepare internal and external reporting packages for investors, lenders, and senior management, including quarterly asset management reports. 
  • Support capital improvement and renovation initiatives, including budget tracking, scope review, and timeline oversight. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform asset strategies and identify potential risks or opportunities. 
  • Participate in disposition processes, including broker selection, data room management, and buyer due diligence. 
 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, or investment analysis. 
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Argus. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment. 
  • A team player with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to solving problems and driving results. 
 
Compensation 
  • Compensation to include a base salary and annual performance-based cash bonus.
