Position Overview

IFG is seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Mortgage Loan Originator to source, structure, and close commercial real estate debt transactions nationwide. This is a production-driven role designed for a motivated professional seeking significant earning potential and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Originate and structure commercial mortgage transactions nationwide
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and developers
Analyze financials and structure loans
Coordinate underwriting and placement with Life Insurance Company lenders
Attend industry conferences and travel for client development
