Position Overview
IFG is seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Mortgage Loan Originator to source, structure, and close commercial real estate debt transactions nationwide. This is a production-driven role designed for a motivated professional seeking significant earning potential and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Originate and structure commercial mortgage transactions nationwide
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and developers
- Analyze financials and structure loans
- Coordinate underwriting and placement with Life Insurance Company lenders
- Attend industry conferences and travel for client development
