Position Summary:

The Recruitment Manager will take the lead in searching for top candidates to fill open positions within the property management organization. This role will develop sourcing strategies to attract and hire the right candidates, working with Corporate Managers and Regional Managers to understand staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop recruiting strategy tailored to property management roles (leasing, maintenance, property managers, regional managers, corporate staff, etc.).

Manage job postings and sourcing pipelines to attract qualified candidates.

Develop and implement additional sourcing methods utilizing social media, industry networks and local sources.  

Lead initiatives to enhance employee referrals.

Develop strategies to fill high-turnover and hard-to-fill positions.

Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules and obtain feedback from hiring managers.

Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices.

Qualifications

College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within property management, real estate, or hospitality industries.

Experience recruiting for a variety of onsite property roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical and problem-solving skills a must.

Ability to work independently.
