Job Description
- Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities and portfolio performance.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence, lease review, third-party report review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft investment memoranda, financial analyses, and presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct research and analysis of demographic, market, sector, tenant, and property data.
- Maintain and refine financial model templates, lease and sales comparables, and underwriting assumptions.
- Collaborate across acquisitions, asset management, accounting, and capital markets to advance the firm’s investment strategy.
- Participate in portfolio analytics, leasing updates, and post-closing asset performance tracking.
- Provide analytical support for capital markets activities and special projects as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, property owners, and other key market participants.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of two years of relevant real estate experience, ideally in acquisitions, asset management, investments, lending, or capital markets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, Yardi, and CoStar is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of real estate finance principles, market analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Familiarity with industrial or logistics real estate is a strong plus.
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Competitive Compensation: Anticipated base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annualized. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
