Invictus Property Advisors (“Invictus”) is a mid-market, commercial real estate brokerage based in Midtown Manhattan. With a focus on seller representation, Invictus is involved in the marketing and sale of all asset types.
Position Summary:
An investment sales intern at IPA will work intimately with a senior level sales professional to gain extensive exposure to a submarket in New York City with the ability to underwrite and effectively market all asset types in that submarket. Interns will be intimately involved in the execution process to service existing listings. They will also learn to underwrite prospective leads and track market data and activity. This position will give the candidate exposure to all facets of the commercial real estate industry with a clear path to transition to a senior role.

- Assist in originating deals throughout New York City
- Track sales information, potential leads and ownership information in a NYC neighborhood
- Support IPA’s full-time brokers
- Originate and service business by following a systematic proven approach
Requirements:
- Must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Start-up type thinking
- Interfacing with different teams in-house to streamline processes
- Experience in commercial real estate space a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- New York State Real Estate Salesperson License required within 3 months of employment
