Job Description
- Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from conception to close-out - budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management.
- Partner closely with the Director of PDS and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
- Engage directly with tenants and brokers to develop scopes of work and deliver on-time, on-budget build-outs that exceed expectations.
- Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
- Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and document project progress throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Support preconstruction activities including bid reviews, estimates, and material procurement.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects (ground-up, redevelopment, or tenant improvements).
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and building systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe; familiarity with Procore, Yardi CM, or other construction management software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification highly desirable.
- Base Salary: $106,000 - $129,000, commensurate with experience.
