We're expanding into the Dallas–Fort Worth industrial market, and we're looking for a Director of Acquisitions, DFW Market Lead to take the reins, build the market, and help lay the foundation for something big.

🎯 In This Role, You'll Be Accountable For:
  • Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
  • A growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
  • High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs
  • Timely, accurate underwriting and deal analysis
  • Organized, transparent pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and the Investment Committee

🎯 What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial real estate acquisitions or investments.
  • Established network of brokers, owners, and principals in the DFW industrial market.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required; Argus a plus).
  • Deep understanding of acquisition structures, underwriting, and due diligence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - self-starter, deal-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Base Salary: $150,000
  • First-Year Total Compensation: Approximately $230,000 (includes guaranteed Year 1 minimum bonus).
  • Performance-Based Bonuses:
    • Quarterly Market Profit Bonus – Earn a fixed % of your market's profit (no corporate allocations).
    • Shared Carried Interest Pool Bonus – Participate in company-wide carried interest distributions.
    • Direct Carried Interest Bonus – Earn carried interest on deals you personally source.
